recently went to my doctor and was told I was in excellent health for a

Hi, I'm Sally Grate from Branson, Missouri. I began using Cleansing Tea without proper instructions and didn't use it correctly. I still lost 10 pounds in one week. This gave me the incentive to continue trying to lose weight. I had a total of 45 pounds to lose. It felt like a real "spare tire" every time I had to bend over. Before using the Cleansing Tea I would STRUGGLE to lose 5 pounds only to put it right back on and could never seem to break that 5 pound barrier. I am using a simple method - take the weight you want to be and add a zero to it. This is the total number of calories you should consume daily. For example: I want to weigh 130 pounds. My total calorie count would be 1300 per day. I found that six small meals works best for me. Doing all this has been easier using the Extreme Balance Bars, and Mass Advantage shakes as well as the Athletic Super Water. I've added some moderate exercise and am eating lots of fruits and vegetables with a little chicken and fish. In one month's time I have lost 15 pounds, but more exciting - MANY inches! Slacks that I had to struggle into before and haven't been able to wear for over 6 months now have inches to spare!! I know muscle weighs more than fat, so I don't concern myself too much with the actual weight loss.
