The purpose of this page is to help you learn how to build your Neways business. To be able to participate in this call, you must have enrolled as a distributor over the phone or internet, placed your 1^st order and have your Neways Starter Kit in front of you.  We will be helping you complete the hard copy of your application, as well as training you in the basics of how to get started so you can become a part of what is soon to be a trillion dollar a year industry which includes health, wellness and longevity.  You have made a great decision!

We will not be covering the Neways products here, nor will we be training you in recruiting and lead generating systems.  Your upline sponsor will train you on effective lead generating systems that suit your goals, budget and personal resources.

We would like to help you realize your dreams, whether it is to have more time with your children, to travel, own your own home, be debt free, retire 10 years early, or maybe you just want to give back to society, whatever your dream is, this is the start of bringing those dreams into fruition. Give this business all you have for at least a 2-years - make a commitment to your future and you will see great things happen in your life!

Let’s start out with instructions on how to fill out your new distributor application form.  There is one in your Training Kit, or you can download on the Forms page. 

	Applicant information - this is your brand new distributor.
	Co-applicant could be their husband or wife, but they don’t have to have a co-applicant.  There may be future benefits later, if you win a trip or award with Neways, both will receive the award or trip.
	Their SS# will be their ID number, unless they choose to submit an "Account Renumbering Request Form".  This form can be mailed or faxed along with the hard copy application.
	Their address
	Phone, and business phone
	Business Type.  Most are sole proprietorship, but if your business will be owned by a corporation, partnership or trust, or will be operated under a business name, you must complete a Business Entity Application that is in the binder and submit it with this application.
	Sponsor Information-the person who just signed up the new distributor is now the sponsor. The sponsor will fill out the sponsor information, or if you don’t live in the same area, the sponsor  will give this information to the new distributor at the conclusion of this call.
	Sponsor’s Signature-the sponsor signs here.  If you are doing this by phone, you may fax it to your sponsor to sign.
	Neways Distributor Starter Kit: All applicants must order this kit.  There is vital information in the kit that will help you with your new business.  The price is $9.95.  Since you already have this make a note in the box that says, "already have this”.
	Automatic Annual Renewal: There is a yearly $10. annual renewal fee.  It is usually easier to have this done automatically in case you forget to renew.

	Distributor First Order Form -  This is to put your new distributor on Direct Ship.
	ID# is the number they just put on the Dist. Application
	Fill in their personal information
	Ship to: (if different) only if they want their product sent somewhere besides their home.  Sometimes there are challenges when UPS delivers to apartments.  You may have it delivered to a friend or at work by sending to a different ship-to address.
	Code # and Description - get this from the price list that is in your kit. Fill out both wholesale and retail prices, because even though you get wholesale prices, you will always pay retail tax.  This keeps the regulatory agencies and tax commissions happy with us.

	On the Direct Ship program, you can order any amount of products that you want, but to get paid, you must order at least $50. per month.  As you get to a leadership level, to maximize your payout, you will need to be on $150. Direct Ship to get both checks each month.  You will find that you are already using products from every category, and instead of going to a department store to buy products, you buy them from yourself and get rebates from the company.  I’ll bet you never got paid by your local department stores to buy their products!  So ultimately you are purchasing the greatest products in the world at less than wholesale prices. Remember, the Direct Ship program drives your business, so don’t cancel!  If you cancel, you will have to wait three months to be a part of the program again.  You will still be able to order anytime you want to if you cancel the DS program, but you will not make as much money as you would if you had continued with the program.  You can change your Direct Ship order every month.
	You will be given a date that the DS orders ship out to your state.  For instance, GA’s ship date is the 10th.  This means that in GA, you can change your DS order up until the 9th because your order goes out on the 10th.  If you forget to change it by the 9th, you will get the same things that you ordered last month.  Find your Direct Ship date here.
	Payment: Put your credit card info or your Debit card.  This is business - you need one or the other.

 The average start-up order is $100 - $150 depending on the level of direct ship you decide to start with.  Your goal is to get to executive level as quickly as possible to get all the benefits available.  You will either reach that level by accumulating $6000 volume (That’s all the volume you and everyone you enroll accumulate over a period of time), or $2000

Please go to the Neways Contact Information Sheet.  These are the corporate numbers that you will need.  There is a toll free number you can use to call in your orders (800-998-7232) and sign up new distributors, or you may do it online at your ineways.com site.  Fax or mail a copy of the signed application to Neways so that they can have a hard copy on hand.  Even if you sign up online or by phone, you must mail or fax this in. 

The Distributor Relations number is one you can use if you need to track an order or would like to order a downline report. This report will state all of your volumes for that month so you can keep track of your business.  You can also get this report on your new web site, which we will discuss later.   You'll need to fill out the Non-Disclosure Agreement to access this information.

The new distributor will want to set goals.  Take some time to think and honestly fill this out.  It seems like so many people have forgotten how to dream and have told themselves it will never happen, so why dream.  Here is an opportunity for you to build your dream.  How many hours are you willing to work per week to see your dreams come true?  Is it worth working 8 more hours a week to see your children go to college?  Is it worth working 6 hours a week to get the car of your dreams, is it worth putting in 12 hours a week to be able to quit your job and travel, be debt-free, build your dream home…what do you want?  Everyone has unproductive hours in their day.  Use those hours to reach your deepest dreams.  The ball is in your court.  What are you going to do?  Are you going to hang in there for at least a 2- year commitment and see this work?  People spend 4 years going to college in HOPES they will get a better paying job.  You can be rewarded immediately for your time.  

I challenge you to commit to finding your 3 who find 3!  Put a date and time on each of your goals.  Also, write down exactly how much money you want to make.  Don’t just write down that you want a lot of money.  How much do you want, exactly?  When are you going to achieve each goal.  You must be specific on these goals, they must be written down and you must look at them everyday.  Break them down into bite size pieces so you know how you are going to get there.  Sponsors, help them with this.

Network marketing gives the same opportunity to everyone across the board.  It is not a respecter of persons.  Whether you are young or old, rich or poor, fat or thin, whether you possess certain skills or not, everyone is afforded the same opportunity.  Sponsors, find out your new team-mates dream and get involved with helping them reach these goals, and you will have the great opportunity to see what their dreams and their goals are.  You will be able to have a piece of their heart.  Why do they want to be successful in this business?  You may have heard someone gripe that they had done the business for a whole year and they still weren’t rich.  Well, if they had stayed at their job for a year, would they be rich?  If they had stayed at their job for 40 years, would they be rich?  Find the goal or objective that will drive you when you are tired, that will have you getting up early and staying up late, your why is something you will sacrifice for.  It’s bigger than the money alone and it is yours personally.  Statistics say that you have a 7000 times higher chance of achieving your goals if you write them down.  So write them down and have them in front of you!

What are you willing to give of yourself to reach your dream and help others reach theirs?  You are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t make a minimum commitment of $100 DS. If you don’t do it, don’t expect anyone else in your group to do it.  Remember that the $100 DS drives your business and you will need to find 3 who find 3 that will do the same thing. You will help them find their 3.  Who will your 3 select partners be?  Look for 3 who will commit to the direct ship program and will work 7-10 hours per week.  Once these are solid executives and you are making $2000.00 per month for 3 consecutive months, you will be car qualified!  You will receive a 15% bonus, above your regular check, to pay toward a car!  At $2000.00, this would be a $300.00 bonus!  It can go as high as $1000.00 per month!  That is a great bonus!

After you have your 3 trained and growing, go find 3 more.  Once you have 9 in place, your bonus checks will increase.  This is called Diamond Ambassador!  Then go on to your next 3!  Do your realize that when 12 find 12 and those find 12 you could be making $18,000 per month?  This is absolutely attainable!  Don’t quit!  Remember your 2- year commitment! Help your team believe in themselves and invest in themselves.  It is only $100 dollars per month!  You are already spending this money anyway.  Help them do it, too!  You are a leader, now!  You can do it!

Sponsors, go over your new team member’s day planner.  Write in the date of Neways Natl. Convention, Local Meetings, Weekly Conference Calls, as well as schedule in prospecting and follow up time. If they are serious, they will work 7-10 hours per week.  Treat it like a business and you will get business checks!  Treat it like a hobby and you will get hobby checks!

Remember, you are worth the investment it takes to go to convention!  Write it off on your taxes!  You are a business owner now!   Convention is usually in January.

Your sponsor is your new best friend.  Follow the 1,2,3,4 system on this website.  Get your sponsor on a 3-way call and have them do the talking until you are ready to do 3-way calls for your new distributors.  3-way calls make a much greater impact than one on one.  Your sponsor has made a commitment to you, so don’t feel bad about asking for help.  Remember, your sponsor is your new best friend!  The 3-way call works!  Then, follow up, follow up, follow up!  Help the new prospect fit Neways into their schedule, and teach them the simple 1,2,3,4 system!  Wow!  You are going to do great!

You probably feel very enthusiastic and excited to share the great information you are learning about.  Wait until after you have completed this training before talking to them. Your sponsor will make these initial contacts with you. Your sponsor already has the testimonies and has used the products.  They have more knowledge and experience about the business.  Let them do the selling for you. You may be building lifetime relationships with the people you are contacting, so you will want to give them the best 1^st impression of this incredible company.  Your sponsor will be able to help you build these relationships as you are growing and learning.
